Junkers JU87-D (PSP5339A-1)


 Because of losses in 1943 the 'Night Attacker' version of the JU-87 was developed. Used mainly on the Eastern front, these bombers needed fighter support to be successful. JU-87D's had 1,500 hp engines, wing mounted machine guns and various cannons. This 2 seat dive bomber attained a max speed of 260 mph and had a range of 1,000 miles. 4,000 lbs of bombs is the standard load of this bomber.
